Publishing a summary

After creating a summary, you need to publish it before anyone can view it:

  1. Go to Share and open your summary

  2. Review the content one more time

  3. Click Publish

Once published, you'll see a share link that looks like:

https://clonra.com/s/abc123xyz...

Copy this link to share it with others.

What viewers see

When someone opens your share link, they see:

  • Your summary content

  • The date range covered

  • A professional, clean layout

They don't see:
- Your full log entries
- Your other summaries
- Any private account information

The share page is designed to look professional — suitable for sending to managers, recruiters, or posting on LinkedIn.

Where to share

Shareable summaries work well for:

  • Performance reviews — Share a quarterly summary with your manager

  • Job applications — Include a link showing your recent accomplishments

  • LinkedIn posts — Share what you've been working on

  • Stakeholder updates — Keep leadership informed of progress

  • Interview prep — Have a polished summary ready to discuss

Tracking views

Clonra tracks how many times your summary has been viewed. Check the view count on the summary page to see engagement.

Keeping summaries private

If you're not ready to share, don't publish. Unpublished summaries are only visible to you. You can edit and refine them as long as you need before making them public.

Stopping access

If you need to stop sharing a summary, you can revoke the link at any time. See Revoking access to shared summaries for details.
